Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is looking for a supervisor to oversee associates during their shifts at Case Western Reserve University. The role involves directing daily activities, providing training, and creating work schedules to ensure job expectations are met.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Details

• Location: Case Western Reserve University – 11473 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44106.
• Schedule: Full and part time; days may vary including night shift.
• Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
