Position Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time Shift Supervisor position at TouchPoint (13500 North Meridian Street, Carmel, IN 46032).

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules; days and hours may vary. Rotating weekends and holidays required. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Prior supervisor experience required. Two years of experience preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
