Chartwells Higher Ed at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Science seeks a Full-time Shift Supervisor to lead associates, schedule staff, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and policy standards. The role requires prior supervisory experience and offers a daytime schedule May vary with a Tuesday–Saturday shift pattern.

The position pays $22.00–$24.00 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. Online applications are accepted only at the posted address.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
• Oversee that assigned job expectations are completed per policy and procedure.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and address recognition or discipline as needed.
• Prepare reports for management on quality and productivity.
• Serve as point of contact for time-off requests and complaints.
• Support employee development and growth initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
