The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, with food and customer service experience preferred. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour and the position is based at USF Tampa, FL.

• 2+ years of Supervisory experience required.
• Food and Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure job expectations are met.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance of workers and reward or discipline as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage goals and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
