The Centers for Habilitation (TCH) in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker to perform landscaping and grounds maintenance duties at a federal facility, in accordance with contractual specifications. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain site access, and must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record.

Shift: Mon–Fri 5:00 am–1:30 pm (seasonal variations).

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of related working experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean Arizona driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance duties at a federal facility according to contractual specifications.
• Mon-Fri shift 5a-1:30p (seasonally adjusted).

BEING A GROUNDS MAINTENANCE WORKER :

We’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance duties at a federal facility, according to contractual specifications. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain site access, which includes having a Real ID that is federally compliant. Six (6) months of related working experience is required, and must be at least 21 years of age with a clean Arizona diving record.
