Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and attention to food quality and safety.
• Ability to coach and develop a store crew and supervise shifts.

Responsabilités

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure store policies and practices are consistently followed.
