Fourteen Foods is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Dairy Queen location. The role focuses on delivering quality customer service and food products in line with Fourteen Foods and Dairy Queen standards.

The Shift Manager will support and learn from the Assistant Manager and General Manager, handling supervision duties and daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; English fluency may be essential for certain stations.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Learns and assists with management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
