The Shift Manager will support and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager, helping to run smooth daily operations and train team members. This position offers growth opportunities within a large franchise network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of food service or retail supervision/management experience.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and IDQ standards.
• Support and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
