Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with lean/six sigma and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production employees on an assigned shift.
• Plan, assign, and coordinate daily work activities to meet production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, SQF, security, and company policies.
• Foster positive employee relations through coaching, development, and performance management.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, throughput, and OEE.
