Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Ridgefield plaza. You will supervise team members, ensure friendly customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, POS cash handling, training new hires, stocking, and cross-selling. A flexible schedule (including nights and weekends) and the ability to stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and handle payments.
• Ensure proper food handling and stock cleanliness.
• Train new team members.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Inform leadership of observations or issues.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
