CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Chandler, AZ to support the Store Management team and ensure smooth store operations. You will lead staff, supervise daily activities and uphold excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead and supervise the store staff, directing and following up on all activities.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
