Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Direct the work of team members and ensure quality beverages, food, and service.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Coach and delegate tasks among staff during shifts.
