Job summary

McDonald's is hiring a Shift Manager for a corporate owned restaurant operated by a franchisee. You will lead shifts, supervise crew and other managers, uphold quality, service and cleanliness, and drive safe, efficient operations.

Experience in leadership within restaurant or hospitality is preferred. Must be 18+ and flexible; eligible for comprehensive benefits including education assistance through Archways to Opportunity and competitive paid time off.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality preferred.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule and good attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage shifts and supervise crew and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald's standards.
• Ensure food safety, safety and security, and profitability on shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for turnover.
• Meet targets during shifts and help departments reach goals.
