Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Manage tasks: shift planning, monitoring performance, safety, security, profitability, andhandover to next Shift Manager.
• Ensure targets for shifts and departments are met.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, maintenance, and training.
