Job summary

Starbucks Corp. seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead, coach and inspire a team while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure beverage/food quality, guide daily operations, and model friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced store.

You will coach others, manage tasks, and uphold safety and cash-handling standards, with flexible hours including early mornings and evenings, in a welcoming community environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Uphold store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customize as requested.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shift, ensuring a welcoming, guest-focused environment.
• Direct daily operations and delegate tasks to team members.
• Ensure quality beverage and food preparation and accuracy of orders.
• Maintain cash handling, safety standards, and store policies.
