Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure store safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team members to meet store standards and guest expectations.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food to standard recipes or customization requests.
• Uphold cash handling, safety, and security procedures at all times.
• Support scheduling and task delegation to ensure smooth store operations.
