Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks for smooth store operations.
• Provide high-quality beverages and food to the standard recipes or customer specifications.
