Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and/or work areas in our Smyrna, GA restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered, supporting overall restaurant profitability.

You will help execute company policies and systems, ensure compliance with laws and ethical practices, manage shift coverage, monitor product quality and costs, and assist in inventory and cash handling while guiding team members in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning; performs assigned duties and maintains product holding times.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and meets customer needs; follows policies and procedures in TM handbook; supports attendance, safety and security.
• Exemplifies and exhibits Core Values; maintains a positive attitude; works well with others and adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for restaurant; provides feedback and corrects problems; maintains product quality, customer service, and performance within standards.
• Contributes to profit goals by staying within company guidelines and target goals; handles cash management; assists in inventory management to minimize loss.
