Qualifications

• Two+ years in varied restaurant roles.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Cooking and food quality control experience.
• Guest service experience, preferably barista/bar.
• Willingness to work 8-10 hour shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food and beverages to order.
• Provide gracious hospitality while assisting guests.
• Open and close service and kitchen duties.
• Restock, clean, and sanitize; maintain a safe environment.
• Follow sanitation procedures; manage portion control.
