Job summary

IHOP is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support management in daily restaurant operations at 170 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, VA 22602. You will help manage costs, service quality, and team performance to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year in casual dining, strong leadership, and effective communication. A High School Diploma is preferred, with state-certified alcohol/food credentials advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in casual restaurant industry.

• Proficiency in POS systems.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As the Shift Supervisor, you will assist the restaurant manager in profitably operating the restaurant within the practices and procedures established by Company Operations. This position is responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• A High School Diploma is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
