Five Guys Operations LLC is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring compliance with standards in prep, delivery, maintenance and team management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence and ensure standards are met.
• Oversee food prep, delivery, maintenance, inventory and staff coordination.
• Foster a safe, clean and high-quality guest experience.
