Five Guys is hiring for a shift supervisor to help direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager. You will ensure product prep, delivery, customer relations, and maintenance meet our standards while guiding the team and managing inventory.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a focus on creating a great workplace, and a passion for serving high-quality food with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance.
