Five Guys Operations LLC is seeking a shift manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence, while guiding crew members and shift leaders. You will ensure quality, safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence as shift manager.
• Ensure compliance with Five Guys standards across product prep, delivery, customer relations and restaurant maintenance.
• Lead team and inventory management as part of shift leadership.
