Five Guys is seeking a shift supervisor to support crew members and shift leaders, stepping in for the General Manager when needed. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, uphold food quality and safety standards, and motivate a high-energy team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting.

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, maintenance, and inventory.
