Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to off-shift staff across multi value streams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Lead improvements to reduce waste and improve quality, productivity, and safety.
• Provide guidance to meet production requirements and coordinate resources.
• Track KPIs and facilitate problem solving.
• Participate in incident investigations and audits and close actions.
