Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart in a busy neighborhood coffeehouse. You will model outstanding customer service, manage daily operations, mentor teammates, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store safety standards.

This role requires reliable attendance, flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to delegate tasks and coordinate responsibilities among staff.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food and cash handling.
• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating multiple staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks during shifts.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Maintain store safety, security and quality standards.
