Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily store operations with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and partners. You will coach a team, delegate tasks, and maintain quality beverages and foods to standard recipes while upholding safety and store policies.

This role requires six months of customer-facing experience and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards including quality beverages and foods, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages to standard or customized recipes.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate tasks among team members.
• Ensure beverage/food prep meets standard recipes and customer requests.
