Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
• 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others
• Prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety during shifts
