Compass Group USA is hiring a Shift Supervisor for Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools at 150 Lucy Lane, Lewisville, NC 27023. The position offers full-time schedules: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, or 12:00 PM–8:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Train and create work schedules for the team.
• Evaluate performance and recognize high performers; address underperformance.
• Prepare production or performance reports for management and monitor quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as contact person for employee inquiries and time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees to support advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
