Shoot Smart Co. is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Fort Worth location. You will master the POS system, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining ATF and safety standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1–3 years in retail or customer service, and readiness to obtain NRA safety certifications with company support. This role requires a full-time schedule, including weekends.

Availability:

Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Hours:

This position requires a full-time commitment of at least 40 hours per week, which includes weekends and certain holidays. While we aim to provide scheduling flexibility, weekend availability is mandatory. Please note that we will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Key Duties:

• Master the point of sale system and train staff on its usage
• Act as company cheerleader
• Engage in company training programs to improve your skills and employees skill

• Inspire Range Guides to master lane management
• Coach team on necessary skills as required
• Provide exceptional customer service and train staff on customer service skills
• Monitor cash and registers, discouraging theft and ensuring proper quantities
• Optimize traffic flow, making lane turns efficient and assisting customers
• Act as a manager during open/close hours
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma with formal training in sales and customer service
• 1-3 years of retail sales or customer service experience
• Working knowledge of retail sales transactions
• Ability to obtain NRA Range Safety Officer certification, NRA Pistol Trainer certifications, and Red Cross First Aid certification (Shoot Smart will assist with necessary certifications).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers and employees
• Experience and knowledge of firearms operations and computer literacy
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Computer literacy.
