Braum's Vernon, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across the food service, grocery, and fountain areas, coaching crew, and delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to manage inventory, safety, and cleanliness while adhering to Braum's policies.

Hours are 5:30 am–3:00 pm with a rotating 3-week schedule, payroll $14.50–$15.00 hourly ($35,500–$37,000 yearly).

Shift Supervisor's role

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
