Braum's Inc. in Bethany, OK is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store crew, coach team members and ensure outstanding customer service and food quality. This is a management role with opportunities for advancement on a rotating schedule.

Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, the ability to supervise 45 hours weekly on a 5:30 am–3:00 pm shift, a valid driver's license and being 21 or older. Compensation ranges from $35,500 to $37,000 annually plus benefits and growth potential.

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00

(annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
