Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Garland, TX to lead the store crew, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize sales. The role reports to the Assistant Manager and requires at least 1 year of retail experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Typical schedule is a rotating 3-week cycle with about 45 hours per week; pay is $14.50-$15.00 per hour, roughly $35,500-$37,000 annually. Must be 21+, possess a valid driver's license, and pass a background check.

Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
