Braum's in Garland, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver great customer experiences. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license, with an expected 45-hour week on a rotating 3-week schedule.

Hourly pay ranges from $14.50 to $15.00, translating to about $35,500–$37,000 annually. The Shift Supervisor will coach and supervise crew, maximize sales through service and quality, oversee food service, grocery and fountain

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
