Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our Paris, TX location. This role leads the store crew, drives customer satisfaction and oversees shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales.

We offer $14.50–$15.00 hourly with a 45 hour work week and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match and paid vacations. Applicants must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and a High School Diploma or GED.

Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00

(annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
