Braum's Inc. is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor at our Decatur, TX location. You will lead the shift, coach team members, and strive to maximize sales through exceptional customer service and food quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, is 21+, holds a valid driver's license, and has a high school diploma or GED. Shift runs 5:30 am–3:00 pm with an approx. 45-hour week and competitive benefits.

Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00
(annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
