Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Oklahoma to lead daily operations on the 5:30 am – 3:00 pm shift. You will coach crew, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, and drive sales while maintaining food safety and store standards.

Under the Assistant Manager, you will supervise shift activities, manage inventory and equipment, and foster teamwork and trust among staff. This full-time role requires a 45-hour work week with a positive, proactive approach.

• Share responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

$14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's Role

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
