Braum's in Midwest City, OK is seeking a Shift Supervisor who brings energy and a customer‑focused mindset. You will lead the store crew on a rotating schedule, coach teammates, and help maximize sales through great food quality and service.

The role reports to the Assistant Manager, requires at least a high school diploma, and 21+ age. Expect 45 hours per week on a 3‑week rotating schedule, with morning shift from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.

Position: Shift Supervisor

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.

Reports to: Assistant Manager

Shift Supervisor's role

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
