Braum's in Bonham, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across food service, grocery, and fountain counters. The position offers a 45-hour work week with an early shift at 5:30 am and compensation ranging from $14.50 to $15.00 per hour.

You'll coach team members, maintain safety and cleanliness, monitor inventory, and ensure policy adherence while aiming for excellent customer experience and sales.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

Shift Supervisor

Position: Shift Supervisor Minimum Experience: 1 year Shift: 5:30 am

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed. Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week. Reports to: Assistant Manager
