Job summary

CVS Health in Charleston, SC seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team. You will lead the store staff in opening/closing procedures and ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, plus supervisory experience. Flexible scheduling including mornings, overnights, and weekends is expected; competitive pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, helping and thanking customers.
• Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
