Job summary

CVS Health in Charleston, SC seeks a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is on site, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing tasks are completed to maintain smooth operations.

This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends. The position offers pay of $16.00–$23.00 per hour with benefits as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager on site is absent and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crews by directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Sell and merchandise, price items, stock shelves and maintain displays as per planograms.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure store safety and cleanliness.
