Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Mount Pleasant, SC, to support the Store Management team and drive store execution. You will lead the staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and maintain customer service standards.

The role emphasizes supervising crew, handling customer questions, and maintaining merchandising standards. Flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Merchandise and present products, price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
