Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience preferred.
• Basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and offers recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Rings up sales accurately at the register and handles payments.
• Operates fuel console, lottery, money order, telecom transactions.
• Maintains store cleanliness and conducts basic housekeeping.
• Monitors product displays and price changes according to guidelines.
• Oversees shift staff and assists with scheduling and supervision.
• Keeps cash, sales, payroll and inventory records and reports discrepancies.
• Reports incidents or unsafe conditions to the Store Manager.
