CVS Health in Youngstown, OH is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead store operations and deliver CVS Pharmacy customer service. You will support the Store Management team, supervise staff, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed when managers are unavailable.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, nights, and weekends, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and quality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planogram updates.
