Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. This role leads the store staff when no manager is onsite, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and helps build consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.

The position requires strong communication, supervision, and operational skills, with a 30-hour weekly schedule and a base pay range shown. Eligible benefits apply for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Merchandise and present products; price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventories per promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
