Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety.
• Six months experience interacting with customers in a service role.
• Six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation per standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Ensure customer service and store operations run smoothly.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate shifts for two or more staff.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and compliance with policies.
• Foster a warm, welcoming Starbucks experience for customers and community.
• Support growth through development programs and benefits.
