Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and maintain customer-focused service
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork to support store operations

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community
• Provide quality beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer requests
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain efficient operations
• Uphold store policies, safety, and security standards
