Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead teams in delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages in a welcoming Starbucks store. You will supervise daily operations and coach partners to ensure brand standards.

Prepare beverages to recipes, maintain safety and cash handling, and support store goals while fostering community connection. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes.
• Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate the tasks of two or more employees.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
