Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift operations to maintain quality beverages and food products.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with cash handling, store safety and security as part of the shift leadership.
