Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Ability to prepare/coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse.
• Direct daily shift operations and coordinate tasks of team members.
